Contacts​ ​List

This​ ​list​ ​displays​ ​the​ ​contacts​ ​within​ ​the​ ​selected​ ​address​ ​directory​ ​or​ ​group,​ ​along​ ​with​ ​their​ ​names.​ ​The​ ​total​ ​number​ ​of​ ​contacts​ ​in​ ​the​ ​directory​ ​or​ ​group​ ​is​ ​shown​ ​below​ ​the​ ​list,​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​the​ ​subset​ ​currently​ ​being​ ​displayed.​ ​The​ ​arrow​ ​buttons​ ​in​ ​the​ ​list​ ​footer​ ​can​ ​be​ ​used​ ​to​ ​navigate​ ​through​ ​the​ ​pages.

Note:​ ​The​ ​way​ ​and​ ​order​ ​in​ ​which​ ​contacts​ ​are​ ​listed​ ​can​ ​be​ ​customized​ ​in​ ​the​ ​user​ ​preferences​ ​under​ ​the​ ​”Contacts”​ ​section.

Contact​ ​List​ ​Actions

The​ ​header​ ​of​ ​the​ ​contact​ ​details​ ​provides​ ​buttons​ ​that​ ​perform​ ​actions​ ​on​ ​the​ ​list​ ​or​ ​the​ ​currently​ ​selected​ ​contacts:

Create​ ​New​ ​Contact​

Opens​ ​a​ ​form​ ​to​ ​add​ ​a​ ​new​ ​contact​ ​to​ ​the​ ​selected​ ​directory.

Delete​ ​Selected​ ​Contacts

Permanently​ ​deletes​ ​the​ ​selected​ ​contacts​ ​from​ ​the​ ​list.

Remove​ ​Selected​ ​Contacts​ ​from​ ​Group

Removes​ ​the​ ​selected​ ​contacts​ ​from​ ​the​ ​currently​ ​selected​ ​group.

Copying​ ​Contacts

Contacts​ ​can​ ​be​ ​copied​ ​from​ ​one​ ​directory​ ​to​ ​another​ ​by​ ​dragging​ ​and​ ​dropping​ ​them​ ​onto​ ​the​ ​target​ ​directory.​ ​This​ ​process​ ​is​ ​similar​ ​to​ ​assigning​ ​them​ ​to​ ​groups.​ ​Please​ ​note​ ​that​ ​certain​ ​properties​ ​may​ ​be​ ​saved​ ​in​ ​different​ ​fields​ ​or​ ​may​ ​not​ ​be​ ​copied​ ​at​ ​all​ ​if​ ​the​ ​address​ ​directories​ ​have​ ​different​ ​schemas.
