What is the Cancellation Policy?

For users with Basic and Pro subscriptions, cancellation is only permitted at the conclusion of the subscription period (either one month or one year).

1. Paid Subscription Users

If a user with an active, paid subscription (Basic or Pro) chooses to cancel, the account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. The Free plan provides functionality similar to the Basic plan, but with the following limitations:

  • Mailbox Storage: Up to 500 MB
  • Email Sending Limit: Up to 15 emails permitted per 24-hour period
  • Access Method: Webmail only (no external clients)
  • Ask AI/GPT Usage: 1 Ask AI/GPT message per day, with a maximum of 500 Ask AI/GPT tokens daily
  • Activity Requirement: Login at least once every 180 days. Details

The account will remain accessible under these limitations unless further action is taken.

2. Free Trial Users

If a user with a free trial cancels the subscription or allows the trial period to expire, the account will be locked and scheduled for deletion in accordance with our standard data retention policy.

We encourage all users to back up or transfer any essential emails and contacts prior to cancellation or the conclusion of the trial period to prevent potential data loss.

If you would like to maintain ongoing access to your account and data, please ensure your subscription remains active. Alternatively, you may switch to another available subscription plan within your Mailbox settings to continue uninterrupted service.

3. Free Users Registered Before December 25, 2025

Free users who registered before December 25, 2025, will not be affected and may continue using their accounts. However, we encourage you to consider upgrading to a Basic or Pro plan, as support for the Free plan will be reduced in the future.
