Attachment center
Browse, filter, and summarize attachments across your mailbox from one view.
The Attachment center lists indexed attachments from your synced inbox in one searchable view.
Open the center
Click Attachments in sidebar quick access (pin it via the sliders icon if needed).
Browse and filter
- See total storage and file count at the top.
- Filter by type (PDF, Excel, images), date range (7 / 30 / 90 days), and free-text search on file name, sender, or subject.
- Each row shows file name, size, date, sender, and a link to the source message.
- Clean large files hides files above the size threshold from this view to reduce clutter — it does not delete mail on the server.
If the list is empty, sync your Inbox first — attachments are indexed after mail sync completes.
AI summary
Select AI summary on a row to open a dialog with headline, summary, and key figures or deadlines extracted from the document.
Preview, download, and OCR (in the message)
Open the source message to work with files directly:

If text is not indexed yet, Finmail prompts you to sync and wait — it does not show fake OCR results.
