Keyboard shortcuts
Desktop shortcuts for navigation, mail actions, composer, and Ask Finmail in Finmail Webmail.
Press ? anywhere in the mail workspace to open the in-app shortcut reference. Shortcuts are disabled while the composer has focus (except composer-specific keys).

Tips
- On Windows/Linux,
⌘ maps to Ctrl in the UI.
- DLP-enforced tenants may block Reply/Forward/Compose shortcuts when policy requires.
- Ask Finmail and the command palette serve different purposes — use
⌘K for conversational help and ⇧⌘K for indexed mail search.
