Subscription & seats
Manage your Professional or Team plan, billing portal, and seat count.
Manage billing from Settings → Account → Billing & subscription (/mail/settings/billing).
Professional
- One mailbox seat included.
- Upgrade interval (monthly / annual) or switch plans from the billing console when self-serve checkout is enabled.
- Download invoices and update payment method via the Stripe customer portal when eligible.
Team
- Billed per seat — add or remove seats before checkout or through billing settings (subject to plan minimums).
- Workspace owner manages subscription and can open the billing portal.
- After DNS activation, provision members from Team members.
Checkout cancelled or incomplete
If checkout was cancelled, no charge was made. Return to Pricing to retry. Successful Team checkout continues to Domain DNS onboarding.
