Questions & feedback

Submit product questions, bugs, and feedback from Settings → Help — and follow replies in-app.

Use Settings → Help → Questions & feedback (/mail/settings/support) to contact Finmail without leaving Webmail. Tickets stay in your account history; staff replies appear in the same thread and may also notify you by email.

Submit a request

  1. Open Settings → Help → Questions & feedback.
  2. Choose a category: Account & sign-in, Billing & subscription, Bug or error, Feature suggestion, or Other.
  3. Enter a short subject and a clear description (at least a few sentences).
  4. Optionally include diagnostic details (browser and locale) — never paste passwords or payment card numbers.
  5. Submit — you receive a reference id such as FM-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXXXX.

Billing-related tickets are routed to the billing team; other categories go to product support.

Follow the conversation

  • Open past tickets from the same page to read staff replies and add follow-ups.
  • You can reply while a ticket is submitted, in progress, or resolved.
  • After a ticket is closed, you cannot add more messages — open a new request if needed.
