Mail calendar

View deadlines and meetings extracted from your inbox, export to Google or Outlook, and respond to invites.

The Mail calendar turns action items in your synced mail into a personal agenda — separate from the macro Financial barometer economic calendar in the sidebar.

Open the calendar

  • Click Calendar in sidebar quick access, or
  • Pin it via the sliders icon (see Reading & composing).

What you see

  • Month or Week view — click a day for its agenda.
  • Tasks parsed from real inbox mail: meetings, replies due, payments, audits, follow-ups.
  • Filter by mail account (when you have several) and by task type.
  • Badges include Financial risk, Awaiting RSVP, Snoozed reminder, Meeting confirmed, and sources such as From AI task, From AI deadline, or Manual schedule.

Work with events

  1. Select an event to see time, subject, sender, and linked message.
  2. Choose Open message to jump back to the original email.
  3. Export one event or the full day to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Download .ics.
  4. Export full calendar downloads all dated tasks as one .ics file.
  5. Edit or Remove entries you saved to the mail calendar (the source email is not deleted).

Add from AI insights

When Mail AI insights detects a task or deadline, add it to the calendar from the AI panel. You can also manually schedule a message when no date was detected.

Meeting RSVP (in the message)

Calendar invites appear as an RSVP card while reading mail — not on the calendar page itself:

  1. Open the invitation.
  2. Review organizer, location, and start/end times.
  3. Choose Accept, Tentative, or Decline.
  4. Your response is sent; status shows on the card. Pending invites also appear on the mail calendar until you respond.
