Mail analytics summarizes how you use mail over a recent window (typically the last 7 days) based on your real Inbox and Sent folders.
Open Mail analytics
Click Mail analytics in sidebar quick access, or pin it via the sliders icon.
Summary cards

Charts and heatmaps
- Mail traffic trend — daily inbound vs outbound volume.
- Most active financial clients — ranked bar chart (internal senders excluded).
- Financial keyword heatmap — recent subject frequency for themes like IPO, rate hikes, or M&A (darker = more mentions).
Refresh and export
- Refresh updates the snapshot from your mailbox.
- Export PNG or Export PDF weekly report for sharing with your team.
The footer confirms data comes from your production mailbox — not simulated demo mail.
