Team members

Provision seats, send invites, and manage workspace colleagues — Team owners.

Workspace owners add colleagues after Team DNS is active (or during onboarding).

Open member management

Settings → Identity → Organization (/mail/settings/organization) — Team members section.

Add a member (recommended)

Provision creates the mailbox immediately and shows a one-time setup link:

  1. Enter the colleague's @yourdomain address.
  2. Click Add member / Provision.
  3. Copy the setup link and share securely (Slack, Signal, in person).
  4. Colleague opens the link, sets a password, and signs in to Webmail.

Links expire — reprovision if needed.

Email invitation (optional)

Send an email invite when SMTP delivery works. If email fails, copy the invite link from the success message and share manually.

Revoke pending members

Remove pending setup or unused invites from the member list before they complete registration.

Seat limits

Billing is per seat. Adding members beyond your paid seats may require updating subscription in Subscription & seats.
