Nigeria is a country blessed with tastes from many places, this one comes from Northern Nigeria, it's a beef jerky. Kilishi is a beef jerky prepared through two main steps, including sliced beef into very thin layered pieces and then dried well but not to crispy form, the last step includes marinate it in a solution of herbs, veggies and spices to give it a taste.

Marugbo Etawa soup is that which is eating by the Ondo people of the western part of Nigeria. This is soup traditional prepared with a combination of two leaves which are dried Marugbo leaf and dried Efirin leaf.

Nigeria – Amala and Ewedu

Ewedu is a delicious soup mostly associated with the Yoruba people of Nigeria. This is mostly the western side of Nigeria. Ewedu is made from the leaves of a jute plant. This soup is usually garnished with caw skin (canda) and meat, red or dry meat, with pepper source.
