Finmail Mailbox Plan Updates (2024/2/21)

To improve our service, the Free plan has been updated as follows:

	Free Plan
Mailbox Size	Changed from 2 GB/Account to 1 GB/Account
Login Requirement	From “No requirement” to “Login to Finmail mailbox at least once every 180 days”
Affected subscriptions	Both existing and new user subscriptions under the Free plan. For existing users whose last login date was before February 22nd, 2024, the last login date is considered “February 22nd, 2024″.

The “Terms of Use” have also been updated and are effective from February 22^nd, 2024.

Updates on 2/27/2024

For Finmail email accounts registered before March 1^st, 2022 with a verified backup email and locked on March 1, 2022 due to our temporary service shutdown, these accounts have been unlocked/re-activated on February 27, 2024 under the free Plan. The last login date for these accounts is considered “February 27^th, 2024.” It is recommended to log in to your mailbox or reset your password to check the account status.

Additionally, for unlocked/re-activated accounts that are for business/organizational use, such as where the username and/or personal name contains a brand name instead of a personal name, they need to be manually upgraded to the Pro plan by the user. If an account violates the Terms of Use, such as a username or personal name containing a false identity, it may be locked/disabled again thereafter.
