Panzanella is considered to be a very important dish as it is about 500 years old. The original idea was to give people something they can easily afford for the whole week with minimum ingredients. Panzanella is an Italian word and consists of two meanings separately. This dish is considered to be originated in Tuscany Italy.

Italy – Gelato
If you ask an Italian what his/her favorite dessert is they will all say one name only "Gelato". Gelato is a frozen dessert which is made with the combination of milk, cream and sugar. In Italy it can be easily found everywhere. It is a great family dessert and a great way to finish of the dining. Gelato is an Italian word which literally means "frozen" just like its texture and its flavor. It may look like an normal ice cream but it is not. Gelato originated in Sicily in the 16th century. The first gelato was made by Bernardo Buontalenti who was a native of Florence. Gelato is considered a prize in all of Italy and it is loved to the core.

Italy – Saltimbocca
Saltimbocca is an Italian classic dish which is basically chicken and prosciutto wrapped together and then cooked in a sauce of wine and garlic. Saltimbocca is an Italian word and its meaning in English is "jump to the mouth". The origin of Saltimbocca is quite a mystery. This dish is one of the best looking dish as well and really if you want to spend your money well you should try this.

USA, Germany – Potato Salad
Potato Salad is a special type of dish made from potatoes which are boiled and a combination of other ingredients. Many office workers in Germany and other European countries take Potatoes salad for their lunch in the lunch box. It is originated from Germany but this dish also known as American-style Potato Salad. It has many verities and variants.

France – Sweet and Crunchy Crème Brûlée
Creme brulee is a special type of dessert that is simple, ordinary, elegant, and delicious sweet in taste. It originated from France, but there are several countries that claim the origin of Crème Brûlée which are Spain, England, etc. Nowadays, it made a heavy impression on the American masses and sold in many places in America.

Italy – Risotto
Risotto is an Italian classis dish which is basically rice cooked in broth until it reaches a creamy state. Risotto with all its simple and less ingredients looks like a piece of cake but in reality it is one of the most difficult dishes to get right. Many people have tried to get it right the first time but only a few have succeeded. That is why it is named "DEATH DISH". I highly recommend it to everyone who visits Italy, try it there where it was created because that original taste cannot be replicated anywhere else.

Turkey – Corba (Red Lentil Soup)
In Jewish tradition, the roundness of the lentil represents a complete cycle of life so this red lentil soup has been served at times of mourning over there. Lentil soup is also mentioned in the Holy Book of Christians which is the Bible so it has a unique significance in life.

Turkey – Traditional Cag Kebab (Meatballs)
This is the most famous cuisine of Turkey. Kebabs are so famous in the entire world not only in Turkey but Turkey has a large variety of kebabs. Cag Kebab has a long thin shape because the meat patties are put onto the skewer and then cut with a knife from the edges.

Cameroon, Balkans – Moussaka
This is another simple cuisine but may be complicated for some people who have never tried preparing it. The cuisine I am about to write about below is Moussaka. This is a dish common to the Greek people or rather the Balkans of the east region. I prepared this dish here in Cameroon and I know how delicious it is.
