How to connect to Finmail Mailbox from external email clients?

To connect to Finmail Mailbox from external email clients including Outlook, Outlook Mobile and/or Apple Mail, please use the following settings. It is recommended to use IMAP/SMTP connections.

IMAP

User name: Your Finmail email address (full address)

Password: Your Finmail email account password

Server: imap.finmail.com

Port: 993

Encryption method: SSL/TLS

Require Logon using Secure Password authentication (SPA): Yes

SMTP

Server: smtp.finmail.com

Port: 587

Encryption method: STARTTLS

Require authentication: Yes

Authentication method: Same as incoming mail server (IMAP/POP3)

POP3

User name: Your Finmail email address (full address)

Password: Your Finmail email account password

Server: pop3.finmail.com

Port: 995

Require an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS): Yes

Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA): Yes
