6. Change Password and Settings
It is possible to change Finmail password or backup mailbox in the Payment/Settings page. For security, please always keep your payment password private.
Please take the steps below to make the change.
Change Payment Password and/or Backup Mailbox
- In the Payment/Settings page, enter the current payment password into the “Current Payment Password” field. Then fill in your new payment password and/or backup mailbox.
- Click the “Update” button. Then a message box will appear with the change result.
- If the backup mailbox is changed, a verification email will be sent to your new backup email address. Check your backup mailbox for the verification email. Once received, click the link inside to verify your new backup mailbox for the payment feature.
