The name given to this local cuisine actually sounds very funny and sweat at the same time in the mouth. The reason why the name fufu cake is existing is because the fufu resembles powder cake. This dish is cooked in the North of Cameroon.

Cameroon – Cornchaff

Beans seeds are said to be dated about 9000yrs and is said to have been found but in Thailand. Normally to prepare this particular cuisine, you will need to prep for about 30min, then using about 1:30min for cooking process to come to an end. It will be better to overcook beans than to eat half done beans.

Sushi is usually confused with other Japanese dish that is SASHIMI, which is also a Japanese-originated dish of raw meat and just thin slices of meat served with soy sauce. Sushi is originated from the old tradition of Fermentation of rice. The people of Japan MUORMACHI PERIOD, ferment the rice for months and then served it with raw fish. There are different types of sushi served in worldwide with addition of different ingredients, different cooking methods, etc.

Cameroon – Pepper Soup Snails (Nyama or Congo Meat)

Snails are a good source of protein with low amount of fat, a good source of iron, calcium, vitamin A and other vital minerals. Snails which is commonly called “nyama Ngoro, Congo meat or boneless meat here in Cameroon is very common in the south west region of Cameroon. Pepper soup snails can be eaten with well boiled unripe plantains or yams.

Indonesia – Gulai Iga Kemba’ang

Gulai Iga Kemba’ang is a ribs curry with Indonesian spices and has a salty and umami taste. This curry dish contains bay leaf, taro leaves, fern leaves, and roast-grated coconut. The Bengkulu people welcome their guests with their traditional dance Tari Bimbang Andun and do not forget to enjoy their delicious Gulai Iga Kemba'ang.

Pakistan – Chicken Haleem
