Nigeria – Egg Sauce

In Cameroon, they are a lot of people that rare fowls. This is because of the enormous land we have and also the freedom to do so. The fowls kept here in Cameroon are the Agric fowls, Land fowls and the old layers. Egg consumption is a common thing here in my country. For lunch and supper, how do you prepare your eggs so that it satisfies you and your family?

Nigeria – Agidi Jollof

This sound like rice, but It is not. This is another Nigerian delicacy valued and prepared by the Nigerians. This meal is spectacular in nature because, it takes the combination of several ingredients you could hardly think of to come up with it.

Nigeria – Aagun

Yoruba people from Nigeria have a lot of cuisines to taste, their cuisines are even in form of cereal mix, meat mix, vegetables mix or both mixes at a time. Aagun will work better for vegetarians as it is sourced from cornmeal.

Nigeria – Ofe Owerri

Ofe Owerri is another cuisine with an interesting background. Ofe means soup while Owerri is a capital of Imo state in the country, this correspondingly form a meaning of Owerri soup.

Nigeria southern coast is on the Gulf of Guinea in the Atlantic Ocean. Pepper soup is the name of our today cuisine. It is a soup with varieties of ingredients but consist of peppers at large.

Nigeria is a country in Africa sharing land borders with the Republic of Benin in the west, Cameroon in the east, and Niger in the north. The dish is popular in the northeastern part of Nigeria, with an origin from the Margi tribe people who are living around riverine.

Tuwo masara is another dish from Nigeria, specifically from northern Nigeria. The Hausa–Fulani are the ethnic groups in the northern part of the country, are the most consumers of the cuisine.

Nigeria – Abacha and Ugba

This meal am about to write on is also called African salad. From its out look, someone will think it is salad. Abacha is prepared from casava. it is cooked well first, then grated and then sun dried. Abacha is a meal prepared and valued by the Nigerians, mainly by those from the eastern part of Nigeria.

Nigeria – Nkwobi

Nkwobi is a typical Nigerian Cuisine. It is an expensive dish with cow foot as its main visible components. It is often termed as food for the rich. This is because the dish is expensive and for an individual to prepare this dish at home, maybe for a party or for home consumption, that person should be rich.

Cameroon, Nigeria – Egusi Soup/Stew with Rice or Ripe Plantains or White Yams

Egusi soup is made from melon seeds. The melon is harvested when it is matures, it cracked open and the seeds removed and dried. The seeds are collected and dried well using just sun light. (the African way).
