We’re writing to let you know about an important update to your Finmail account features.

What’s Changing?

Starting February 1, 2026, the Email Filtering feature (custom inbox rules and filters) will only be available to users on our 프로 플랜 or higher. After this date, email filtering will no longer be supported in Free and Basic plans.
Simple Email Auto-Reply / Vacation Response will remain available for Free and Basic plans.

Why this change?

Finmail is committed to delivering robust, high-performance workflow tools for our professional and business users. By focusing advanced features—such as email filtering and custom automation—in our Pro Plan or higher, we can ensure top security, stability, and innovation where it matters most.
This adjustment helps us continue to provide an efficient, high-quality service for all users as we grow.

What should you do if you’re using filtering on Free or Basic?

• Upgrade to Pro or higher: Unlock powerful filtering and automation by upgrading to the Pro Plan or higher. View Pro Features & Pricing →
• Remove Existing Filters: If you wish not to upgrade, please remove any current mail filters in your Free or Basic account before February 1, 2026, to prevent any loss of email sorting after this date.
