• Mail assignment — Route inbound threads to teammates from the mail detail view; track ownership in Assigned to me and Assigned by me.
• Shared drafts — Co-edit outbound mail in real time (IndexedDB-backed with cross-tab sync in v1).
• Internal comments — Anchor discussion bubbles on a message; not visible to external recipients.
• Composer approvals — Optional reviewer gate before high-risk sends (Team policy).

Who can access

Collaboration features require role=team or enterprise. Professional users see upgrade guidance in the mail UI; @finmail.com Professional accounts open a corporate-domain Team workspace to enable collaboration (Team is not billed on @finmail.com mailboxes).
