Sayur Lodeh is special and serves in every event as a sign of peace and its taste is so delicious that you can not deny eating it.

Sayur lodeh is one of the special dishes of Singapore and this is especially for those who love to eat vegetables. Vegetables are cooked in the milk of coconut and you know that coconut milk is so tasty that gives you a unique taste in your dish and presents it as the tastiest dish ever. Method

  1. Take a pan, add oil to it.
  2. when the oil heated, add all the spices include salt and chilies, etc.
  3. Cut the slices of vegetables and then add them to the pan with e glass of water.
  4. boil the vegetables until the water evaporated.
  5. add coconut milk and then start cooking it.
  6. leave it for cooking for 1 hour.
  7. now your dish is ready.
