We can fry them in the oven and in the air fryer. Most of the people, those who are diet conscious wants to eat in air fryer.
In air fryer
You have to firstly preheat the air fryer, put an egg wash on the curry puffs with a thin layer. Bake about 20 minutes when its top started golden brown, remove it from the fryer.
HOW TO STORE LEFTOVER CURRY PUFFS
you can freeze the leftover curry puffs simply by wrapping them with baking sheets. Make sure that it does not touch each other, otherwise it will break. Whenever you want to fry them, you have to left it in a normal temperature for about 2 hours until it gets soft and then fry them.
