Pakistan – Mutton Karahi

Introduction

Mutton is recipe which Is ideal in lunch as well as in dinner. Mutton is liked by everyone as a food all over the world. People prefer mutton on chicken or beef. On every festival or celebration mutton is a special dish that is cooked. Mutton is cooked in many ways. But the recipe which I am going to share will made it easy and much tasty. This recipe which I have prepared to save the time because the ladies who cooked food in the home they may cook mutton in short time and spent the time with their families rather than in kitchen. Today I have planned to share the best recipe which is Mutton Kadai. The recipe which I am going to prepare is unique in taste. According to me mutton is the most popular dish that is demand everywhere mean in restaurant and in home.  Mutton is best source of protein and it includes vitamins that is helpful in reducing fat. It is quick and easy to cook.

Bakra Eid and Barri Eid are the two loving nicknames of Eid-ul-Azha in the subcontinent. because as a Islamic festival we sacrifice the goat or beef and distributed to the poors. on this eid we usually made alot of dishs from mutton and this is among of them.

 Recipe

  • Ingredients:
  • Mutton 1 Kg
  • Onion  03 Chopped
  • Ginger paste 1/2tbs
  • Garlic paste ½ tbs
  • Tomato 2 chopped
  • Green Chili 4
  • Garm Masala ½ tsp
  • Red pepper grounded ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Water 4 cup
  • cumin 1/2tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Yogurt 3tbsp
  • Black pepper Powder
  • Coriander leaves 2-3

Assembling

First of all wash the mutton well and then add chopped onion, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, tomato and water. Take a pan, put these in it and put it on heat for 25-30 minutes  

Method

Add garm Masal, Cumin Powder, Salt, Green Chili, red pepper, black pepper, coriander powder and yogurt then wait 2-3 minutes. After 2-3 minutes put oil in it and let it remain on flame 7 to 10 minutes. After 7-10 minutes take it off from the flame and put it in the dish. After putting it in the dish. Serve with coriander leaves that will increase in the beauty and taste of dish. Tasty and healthiest Mutton Karahi is ready.
