Fiteer baladi is actually known as ” BALADI BREAD “. It is like bread that you should try whenever you visit Egypt. It is also called “AISH BALADI”. It means the bread of life. Many Arab countries use the word “goat bread”, but because of the special bread in Egyptian life, it is called “ash bald”.
