China (Hong Kong) – Zhajiangmian

Zhajiangmian is actually a very famous noodle of China that is made from soybean paste. These noodles are very thick and made with whole wheat and cooked in soybean paste. Its specialty is to make it in soybean paste. These noodles are served with the topping of Zhanjiang sauce. You can add pork cubes to your noodles to make them tastier. Almost all noodles are boiled in the dish but in this noodles are must be fried so its taste could be change.
We all know that the Chinese only likes simple foods, so they mostly like
- boiled rice
Boiled rice and noodles are a must in a Chinese meal. We can say that they can’t survive without eating boiled rice or noodles in a day.
Zhajiangmian is also known as “FRIED SAUCE NOODLES”. These noodles are famous in the Northern side of China. We can make them by cooking soybean paste with onions 和 pork.
These noodles are originated from Shandong province of China
The meaning of Zhajiangmian is ” FRIED SAUCE”.
The topping includes a slice of different vegetables

the sauce that is made in Shandong is with tianmian sauce.
yellow soybean paste is used in noodle’s sauce.
Simple beans paste is used in sauce in Tianjin.
Hoisin sauce is used in Guangdong.
Doubanjiang is another sauce used in Sichuan.
Ketchup is widely used in Hongkong for noodles.
- Boiled eggs

- corn starch
- Take a pan and add water in it.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil in it.
- A pich of salt.
- Add noodles and boiled in it.
- Add oil in the pan.
- add ginger and garlic paste in it.
- chopped onions.
- fry them in the oil.
- add all the spices.
- leave it on heat.
- chopped all the vegetables.
- fry them in the pan.
Add all the things together and leave it for 10 minutes on medium heat and then serve it.
