Rice has been used to feed thousands of people and it is still used today. For most occasions and donations, you will see rice being served as main dish. That is because it is easy to prepare and when prepared well, it tastes well. if you want to avoid eating good delicious rice in restaurants, if you will love to prepare yours, follow the guide below. Yes, you may say it is just rice, but it is worth it. So back on why rice has many procedures, it is because though it is abundant, many people have device more methods and ways to prepare it. Rice is visually available. One of the most available food in my country. This has prompted many people to device methods and whose methods where successful and delicious to try it out.
- Vegetable oil
- Ground meat
- Green bell pepper
- Curry powder
- Ginger powder
- Carrot and green beans
- Salt to taste
- In your main cooking pot, heat up your vegetable oil, fry your onions. After about 2min add your ground meat and stir well. Add your powder ginger and curry and stir well.
- Add salt to taste and maggi, stir well.
- Add your chop carrot and green beans with your chopped tomatoes and stir well. Add thyme, stir and allow pot for about 5min then add your washed white rice. Mix and cover pot. You may want to add a bit water, but make sure after doing, you check the taste to make sure your seasoning is ok. Cover and allow for about 15min, remove and serve with some chopped fried plantains.
