For Pro users, the subscription cannot be canceled until the end of the subscription period (1 month or 1 year).
After cancellation, the account is processed as follows:
- Accounts for personal or freelance use will be downgraded to the Free plan. You can still use the same email address regardless of its length, for example “[email protected]”. However, if the policy under the Free plan is violated, such as exceeding the limit of 2 accounts per person, the downgraded account will be locked.
- Accounts for business/organizational use will be locked unless upgraded to the Pro plan again. Therefore, it is recommended to forward/transfer all emails/contacts from the cancelled account to your other mailbox.
If you just need a short email address such as “[email protected]” under the Free plan, you can subscribe to the Pro plan for 1 month and then cancel right away. You will then be charged for the first month under the Pro plan and nothing after that under the Free plan.
