  • salt
  • meat
  • black pepper
  • red chili powder
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • vinegar
  • soy sauce
  • ketchup
  • cumin seed
  • coriander powder
  • fenugreek
  • sesame oil
  • vegetable oil
  • water
  • flour
  • chickpea flour

Method

  • For making meatballs, you should take the boneless chicken and then crushed it or chopped it.
  • now add all the spices in it like cumin seeds, coriander powder, salt, vinegar, oil, fenugreek, black pepper, red chili powder, etc.
  • mix them accurately and then add chickpea flour so that it must be joint easily.
  • Make balls of that meat.
  • fry hem in the oil until its color changes to the light brown and outer crispy layer.
  • serve it with ketchup or any sauce which you like.
