History of karahi in Pakistan

Karahi is the dish originated from the subcontinent noted for its spicy taste. It is very notable in Pakistan and other north area cuisine but in Pakistan it makes it more delicious and spicy that watered your mouth with spice and some other delicious stuff. These dishes add spice and new flavor to the taste of your area. Lahore is additionally heaven to it. But not each eatery gives best karahi.


‚ÄĘ 1 kilo gram of meat
‚ÄĘ 1 tablespoon of black pepper
‚ÄĘ 2 onions
‚ÄĘ 2 table spoons of red chili
‚ÄĘ 1 table spoon of salt
‚ÄĘ 2 cups of yogurt
‚ÄĘ 2 ginger
‚ÄĘ 2 garlic
‚ÄĘ 10 piece of green chili
‚ÄĘ 1 table spoon of zeera
‚ÄĘ 1 table spoon of coriander
‚ÄĘ Half cup of oil

Method of cooking

Put chopped onions in oil and fry it until it gets little brown shade after this add garlic and ginger and fry it more about 2 minutes so at last you have to add meat into this and fry it about to 10 minutes, after 10 minutes add water. Before adding water you should add salt and then boiled it. When its boiled and water become dry you should add yogurt, some coriander and zeera into this until it gets dry and put all other spice like red chili, black pepper and fry it. After few minutes you should taste the best dish.
