This dish is prepared by rice and chopped vegetables with Chinese flavorings. It can be prepared with meat as well as vegetables. Many people in Pakistan and china like to eat this dish because it smells good and tastes deliciously. Chinese dishes is considered as favorable among the people of Pakistan as well as India. Chinese dishes are so delicious in taste and it gives energy to people because it has vegetables in it. Sometimes we add meat in it due to which it helps people to get nutrition. Here i will tell you about how we can make Chinese fried rice at home.
- 2 cups Rice
- 2 tbs oil
- 2 beaten eggs
- Finely chopped 3/4 cup carrot
- Finely chopped 3/4 cup cabbage
- 1/2 tbs White pepper powder
- 1 tbs chicken powder
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs or to taste Salt
- 3/4 green chopped onion
- 1 tbs sesame oil
Steps to make
- Take 2 cups of soaked and boiled rice spread them on tray and let them cool
- Put 2 tbs oil in pot add 2 beaten eggs in it and mix it well
- Now add 3/4 cups of finely chopped carrot and cabbage in it and mix it well for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add boiled rice into that pot and then toss it well.
- Add 1/2 tbs white pepper powder , 1 tbs chicken powder, 1 tbs sugar, 1 tbs salt, 3/4 green chopped onion, 1 tbs sesame oil in it and mix them.
- Now the Chinese fried rice is ready serve it to others.
