Ingredients

  • (Mutton liver) cubes ½ kg

  • Cream 2-3 tbs

  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tbs
  • (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
  • (Green chilli) sliced
  • (Ginger) julienne

Cooking Method

  • In a bowl, add lamb liver, vinegar and blend well.
  • Include yogurt, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
  • In a wok, add cooking oil, garlic, ginger and blend well.
  • Include cumin seeds, mix well and sear ginger garlic until brilliant.
  • Presently consolidate marinated liver, mix well and cook on medium low fire for 6-8 minutes.
  • Include tomatoes and blend well.
