Phoenix Claws are commonly called “CHICKEN’S FEET”. Chicken’s feet are so different food to eat and most people don’t know about it. They don’t know how to cook or even they don’t know that they are also eatable. Many people throw that away because they thought that this is the waste material and we can’t eat this. But this is an eatable thing and actually very tasty to eat.

Phoenix Claws are mostly popular in PAKISTAN, INDIA, SINGAPORE, BANGLADESH, etc. Asian countries mostly like this kind of stuff so they know how to cook them in a very tasty way. People of the USA didn’t know about this dish mostly so this is the famous dish of ASIA.

We can eat PHOENIX CLAWS at any time like most people of Asia like to eat this in the morning breakfast, in Lunch, In dinner like any time.

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken’s feet
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Oil

Ingredients for marinade

  • Salt
  • oyster sauce
  • cornstarch 
  • food coloring 
  • jalapeño peppers
  • star anise
  • rice wine vinegar
  • vegetable oil

Method

The very first thing that you have to do is to clean the chicken‘s feet very cleanly so you can eat it otherwise its the smell is so hard that you can’t eat this without washing it. You have to wash it with hot water and then apply vinegar on it so its smell has gone away.

Now you have to marinate these chicken’s feet with all the ingredients, Saltoyster, sauce cornstarch, food coloring, jalapeño, peppers star, anise rice, wine vinegar, vegetable oil.

Now after 2 hours of marination, fry them in a oil.

Preparation time: 35 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Total time: 2 hour
