by Verdzekov Bernard

Desert Time right. In the western world, cakes are eating a lot. I don’t know if that’s because I watch a lot of movies or if that is actually true. Chocolate cake is a wonderful piece of desert and could be baked and enjoyed by your family at any giving odd hour. If that is what you will love to eat, go in straight to your kitchen and begin after reading through this easy step. Remember, you have to take note of the ingredients, quantity you use and your timing. Errors on this when baking your cake can give you an alien. [LOL]. Follow the easy step guide below and call me when you are done so that I could come have a taste.

Ingredient

  • Baking soda
  • Baking powder
  • Cocoa powder
  • Ground sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk
  • Vegetable oil
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • Boiled water
  • Purpose flour

Quantity

The purpose for separating the ingredients from their quantities is just for you to get a better view and understanding. Also, the ingredient above is for you to do a general purchase. You must not buy a particular quantity, for a particular baking session. Particularly if you someone that bakes often. There are people that bake as means of earning money.

  • Baking soda – 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Cocoa powder – ¾
  • Ground sugar 1 ½ – 2 cups.
  • Salt to taste ½ teaspoon
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Eggs – 2
  • Vegetable oil 1 ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract – 2
  • A cup of boiled water
  • Purpose flour – 2

Procedure

  • If you are fast and effective, you could start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a bowl, put in your flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, baking powder and whisk well until all ingredients are well mixed.
  • In that same bowl, add your vegetable oil, milk, eggs and vanilla flour. Make sure you mixed thoroughly. Make sure your mixture is lumps free.
  • Add your boiled water to the mixture and mix well until well combined.
  • Distribute your content into the baking tins evenly, and put in your oven. Bake for 40-45min.
  • Check and remove. Allow cake to cool first then you turn into a tray and serve.

There is a particular means in which cakes are being checked for readiness. Use clean wooden broom stick, deep it into the cake and remove. If the stick has some of mixture on it, then it is not ready, but if it comes out clean and the outer layer of your cake is brown, then your cake is ready. You may have your own means, but this is mind.

Enjoy…Serve with cold Juice.
